Order Delivery Policy

We understand the importance of timely and safe delivery. Please read this policy to ensure a seamless experience with our delivery partners.

Delivery Schedule and Process

Delivery Windows: Our deliveries are scheduled for specific days and within designated time windows, which you will select during checkout. We make every effort to adhere to these windows but cannot guarantee exact arrival times due to unforeseen circumstances like traffic, weather, or other logistical issues. You will receive a notification when your delivery is on its way.

Service Area: Our delivery service is limited to specific zip codes. You are responsible for ensuring your address is within our designated delivery zone before placing an order. If an order is placed for an address outside our service area, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Receipt of Delivery

Required Presence: To ensure the integrity and safety of our perishable products, someone must be present to receive the delivery. Our drivers are instructed not to leave packages unattended unless you have a pre-approved, insulated and secure drop-off location (e.g., a locked box). If you are not present, the driver will attempt to contact you.

Failed Deliveries: If a delivery is unsuccessful because no one is present, or if the provided address is incorrect or inaccessible, the driver will return the package to our facility. We will contact you to arrange a redelivery for an additional fee or to schedule a pickup. No refunds or credits will be issued for orders that are undeliverable due to customer error.

Proper Handling: Once the delivery is complete and the food is in your possession, you are solely responsible for its proper storage and handling. This includes immediately refrigerating all perishable items. We are not responsible for any spoilage or food safety issues that arise from improper storage after the delivery has been successfully received.
